Here's a free to use icon base~ I colored it on the left so you can see what it would look like all completed!

MS Paint Version:



I don't have MS Paint so let me know if it works or not ;; it should work though!

How to use:

1. Click download on the right hand side of the page (or download the above stash link)
2. A .PSD file should start downloading. This file includes the lineart (already locked and ready to color) and a flat base to add the main color (locked and ready to color too). 
3. Color the icon
4. Save as a .png! 

Rules:

1. You CAN modify it (change tail, hair, eyes, etc.)
2. Please link back to the base or my profile in the description. If you set it as your icon, I would appreciate it if you would add some credit in your signature ;;
3. Do NOT claim as your own or reupload. I will report you for theft.
