This lineart pack includes a male cat and a female cat, feel free to change the genders if you want! The base comes with a PSD file complete with transparent and color bases and a PNG that should be friendly with MS Paint. I checked it myself, the size, pixels, everything should work. If you have any questions, feel free to comment!
